This includes: 1 virtual prenatal session (1-2 hours on the phone, FaceTime, or Zoom) to discuss your birth preferences, anything that’s coming up for you, and the creation of a preference list that will support you in having an empowered experience.
This includes: 1 virtual prenatal session (1-2 hours), text support before and after your birth, and 1 virtual postpartum check-in (up to 1 hour) to debrief your birth experience, check in on feeding and sleep, work on breastfeeding positions and/or hand expression, list of resources customized to your needs, and just reconnect.
